All-round maintenance worker (flexi)

Hectaar builds for people, with people. We are a no-nonsense real estate developer and work every

day to create affordable and quality homes and apartments. We do this for families, singles, and investors. Our projects are located in East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, and Hainaut. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a practical doer who likes to roll up their sleeves and help build our future.

What will you do?

You are an indispensable link

in our daily operations. Thanks to you, our homes, gardens, and construction sites are neat and in order.
Your tasks include, among others: 

  • Keeping construction sites tidy

and taking waste to the recycling center.

  • Performing gardening work such as brush cutting, mowing

    • , pruning, and planting (mainly in the summer months).

  • Maintaining the company premises and performing

    • odd jobs at the headquarters.

  • Carrying out minor repairs, hanging lighting, and providing technical

    • assistance where needed.

    Who are you?

    • Preferably, you already

    have relevant work experience and like to roll up your sleeves.

  • You are interested in garden

    • maintenance and enjoy working outdoors.

  • You have experience installing lighting fixtures.

  • You work accurately and efficiently and have an eye for detail.
  • You are independent, recognize

    • work, and take initiative spontaneously.

  • You have a driving license B and enjoy traveling: you

    • start from our headquarters in Roeselare and work at various locations in Flanders and Hainaut, with a car provided by us.

  • You are willing to work a few days a week.
