Job Vacancy: Land Buyer

Hectaar builds for people, with people. We are a no-nonsense project developer with a clear mission: to realize affordable and quality new-build homes and apartments for families, singles, and investors. Because we continue to grow, we are looking for a land buyer who gains energy from discovering new opportunities and successfully closing negotiations.

What will you do?

• You actively search for new opportunities through cold and warm prospecting.
• You investigate what the development possibilities are on a plot and determine the program.
• You discuss this program with the municipality and involved authorities.
• You conduct negotiations with owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• You ensure a smooth completion of files, keeping in mind the interests of both Hectaar and your interlocutors.
• You build a sustainable network and work closely with the project developers.

What do we expect from you?

• A bachelor's or master's degree in construction, real estate, economics, or equivalent, or a strong affinity with real estate.
• You have a healthy commercial drive and feel comfortable with prospecting and negotiations.
• You are proactive, result-oriented and gain energy from finding and realizing opportunities.
• You possess strong communicative and relational skills.
• You are interested in urban planning regulations and are willing to delve deeper into them.
• You are a team player who can also work well independently.
