Job Opening: Project Manager

Hectaar builds for people, with people. We are a no-nonsense project developer with a clear mission

: to create affordable and quality new homes and apartments for families, singles, and investors. With a strong presence in West and East Flanders, we are expanding our growth in Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, and Hainaut. To support this growth, we are looking for a project manager for our office in Ternat.

What will you do?

  • As a project manager, you are

responsible for your projects from contract signing to delivery.

  • You are in

    • charge of site preparation, such as requesting quotes, selecting partners, and establishing contacts with the contractor.

  • You lead site meetings and maintain communication

    • with clients, contractors, and architects.

  • You monitor the execution through regular

    • >site visits and ensure smooth coordination.

  • You manage project staff, suppliers, and

    • subcontractors.

  • You negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors with

    • an eye for the best value for money.

  • You monitor the budget and closely follow the

    • financial results.

  • You oversee the schedule and timing and keep everything

    • under control on site.

  • Together with the customer guide, you ensure smooth guidance and a

    • strong>satisfied customer throughout the entire construction process.

    What

    do we expect from you?

    • Preferably, you have a master's degree in

    construction or (industrial/civil) engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • You are commercial

    • ly minded and think in terms of solutions.

  • You like to take responsibility and can work

    • independently and in a structured way.

  • You are analytically strong

    • and can substantiate files with numbers.

  • You are stress-resistant,

    • proactive, and strong in communication.

  • You are driven and don't give up.

  • You switch smoothly between different projects and monitor deadlines.

  • >You are an enthusiastic team player.

  • You hold a driver's license B
