and quality homes and apartments every day. We do this for families, singles, and investors. Our projects are located in East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, and Hainaut. To further strengthen our commercial organization, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager for our branch in Roeselare.

Not a classical management position, but a key role with impact. You combine

What will you do?

You lead sales and marketing

  • You coach, motivate, and direct the

    • sales and marketing team.

  • You translate

    • the sales strategy into clear objectives and concrete actions.

    You direct

    commercial operations

    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a commercial

    people manager who takes responsibility, provides direction, maintains oversight, and intervenes when necessary, while staying close to customers and daily practice.

    • You have experience

      • in directing and coaching a sales team.

      Nice to have: experience with ERP and CRM systems and
