Main conditions
- Demolition of an existing building and reconstruction on Belgian territory.
- Habitable surface area max. 175 m² (200 m² when building on own land).
- It must be your sole and own home where you live for at least 5 years.
- Investors qualify when renting out for at least 15 years.
