At Hectaar, we create living environments that are not only comfortable and modern, but also contribute to a more sustainable and livable environment. Our future project in the heart of Pittem is the perfect example of this. Located near Koffiestraat and the market, close to the center of Pittem, we are transforming a former horticultural site into a green, car-free oasis with 21 energy-efficient homes.
A perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility
The project consists of a combination of semi-detached and terraced houses. Along Koffiestraat, 8 houses will be built, each featuring an integrated garage. Behind them, 13 houses will be constructed in a car-free residential area equipped with a parking lot that offers ample carports and open parking spaces. The residential area seamlessly connects to a spacious green zone, which serves as a slow connection for cyclists and walkers, while contributing to a peaceful and safe living environment.
Sustainable and future-oriented living
Sustainability is the core of this project. All homes will be delivered completely gas-free and equipped with energy-efficient heat pumps. This ensures a lower ecological footprint and an energy-efficient living experience that perfectly aligns with the future. Additionally, we pay considerable attention to the water management of the residential area and the green zone. There is space for water infiltration, allowing rainwater to be managed sustainably. This contributes to a climate-resilient environment that provides a pleasant living space both now and in the future.
