>. For this, we are looking for a Business Developer to lead our activities in Wallonia.

This is not a classic commercial role. You will have a broad and entrepreneurial

role where you are involved in the entire cycle of project development: from finding and purchasing land, through the development of projects, to selling the properties.

What can you expect

As a Business Developer, you are the face of Hectaar in Wall

onia and are responsible for further expanding our activities in the region.

actively search for new opportunities and land in Wallonia and build a network of landowners, brokers, local contacts, and other stakeholders.
