Vacancy All-round Maintenance Staff (flexi)

and quality homes and apartments every day. We do this for families, individuals, and investors. Our projects are located in East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, and Hainaut. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a practical doer who likes to roll up their sleeves and help build our future.
What will you do?
You are an indispensable link
in our daily operations. Thanks to you, our homes, gardens, and sites are neat and orderly.
Your tasks include, among other things:
0784b1c3c75d1cce1">Keeping sites tidy and taking waste to the recycling center.
-id="eb7f72d211f6fa7974d8a904c0a16064d">Performing garden work such as brush cutting, mowing, pruning, and planting (mainly in the summer months).
a60e">Maintaining the company premises and doing odd jobs at the head office.
-id="e8f0ddc76dfec0a1a5285a6891df80834">Carrying out minor repairs, installing lighting, and providing technical assistance where needed.
Who are you?
-id="e22688acf94674f60bf48c918ed50bd22">You preferably already have relevant work experience and like to roll up your sleeves.

license and enjoy being on the go: you start from our head office in Roeselare and work at various locations in Flanders and Hainaut, with a company car provided.
