Green living in Oedelem: first homes for sale

We are proud to launch the first eight semi-detached houses in our new residential project on Beernemstraat in Oedelem. In total, we are building 61 energy-efficient homes here, with a strong focus on greenery, comfort, and thoughtful neighborhood planning. The construction starts this fall, but you can already purchase a home and secure your place in this beautiful project.

In this new community, we are developing 41 single-family homes and 20 stacked apartments. Thanks to the variety of housing types and sizes, there is something for everyone: from young families to singles, starters, and investors.
