As we continue to grow, we are looking for a land buyer who derives energy from discovering new opportunities and successfully closing negotiations.

What will you do?

• You will actively search for new opportunities through cold and warm prospecting.
• You will investigate the development possibilities on a plot and define the program.
• You will discuss this program with the municipality and involved authorities.
• You will conduct negotiations with owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• You ensure a smooth completion of files, keeping in mind the interests of both Hectaar and your conversation partners.
• You will build a sustainable network and work closely with project developers.

What do we expect from you?

• A bachelor’s or master’s in construction, real estate, economics or equivalent, or a strong affinity with real estate.
• You have a healthy commercial drive and feel comfortable in prospecting and negotiations.
• You are proactive, result-oriented, and derive energy from finding and realizing opportunities.
• You possess strong communicative and relational skills.
• You have an interest in urban planning regulations and are willing to further delve into them.
• You are a team player who can also work independently.
